The agreement between you and Halal Lyfestyle LLC for using Outta What?.
Using Outta What?
You need an account to post, like, comment, save or follow. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. Keep your login secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for what you post from it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and words you post. By posting, you give Outta What? permission to show that content inside the app to other members and visitors. Only post food photos and video you made or have the right to share.
What isn't allowed
No harassment, hate, spam, unauthorized promotion, misleading health claims, or content that infringes someone else's rights. No scraping the app or attempting to access data you don't have permission to see. Accounts that break these rules can be restricted or removed.
Features that aren't live
Challenges, business profiles, advertising, sponsorships, premium membership, donations, events and volunteering are marked Coming Soon. Nothing on those pages is a sale, an offer, or a promise of a specific launch date, and no payment or entry is being taken.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Account Management. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or create risk for other members. Deleting your account removes your content from the app.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the app grows and post the new version here. Continuing to use Outta What? after an update means you accept it.
