Advertising policy
Outta What? advertising is operated by Halal Lyfestyle LLC. This policy applies to every paid placement, campaign and business promotion.
Every paid placement is labelled
- Sponsored business placements carry the label Advertisement or Sponsored wherever they appear.
- Sponsored placements show only Visit business page and Follow. They never carry contest voting controls, likes or reposts.
- Business profiles and promotions are the business's own content; the Outta What? verification badge is separate from any paid placement.
Prohibited content
- False, misleading or unverifiable health, nutrition, religious, veterinary or safety claims.
- Imitation of, or claims to hold, government, regulatory or religious certification.
- Alcohol where it is not lawfully sold to the audience advertised to; tobacco, vaping, recreational drugs and gambling.
- Unsafe food handling claims, or food presented as free of an allergen without a verifiable basis.
- Content that discriminates, harasses, or misrepresents another business.
Claims and results
- Advertisers must be able to support any factual claim in their advertisement.
- Outta What? and Halal Lyfestyle LLC never guarantee impressions, clicks, reach, customers, sales or contest outcomes.
- Priority eligibility for Premium Business members means first consideration for available inventory only — placement, scheduling and relevance stay under administrator control.
Business conduct
- Advertising is open to verified businesses whose profile and verification are approved.
- Advertisers must honour their advertised prices, hours and offers, and handle customer contact lawfully.
- Repeated complaints, unpaid campaigns or policy violations can suspend advertising and placements.
Content and rights
- Advertisers confirm they own or are licensed to use every image, video, logo and mark they upload.
- Uploaded advertising media is stored publicly — anyone with the link can open it — so never upload confidential material.
- Advertisers grant Outta What? permission to display approved media in the placements they purchased.
Prices, duration and payment
- Premium Business is $150 per month, recurring until canceled; eligible verified Founding 10K businesses pay $49.99 for the first month, then $150 per month.
- One-time campaigns are single payments: 7 days $25, 14 days $45, 30 days $75, and a 30-day promotional banner $100.
- One-time campaigns never convert into a subscription, and Premium Business members are never charged a second advertising subscription.
- A campaign's start and end dates are shown before and after payment; it stops automatically at its end date.
- Payment alone never publishes an advertisement — administrator approval is always required.
Removal and refunds
- Halal Lyfestyle LLC may pause, correct or remove an advertisement that breaks this policy or a placement agreement.
- Refunds are reviewed case by case and recorded against the campaign; a removed advertisement grants no automatic refund.
- Contest sponsorship is separate from advertising. A paid campaign never grants sponsorship status, and sponsorship proposals remain subject to final approval.
Checkout is not open yet. Campaign prices and durations are disclosed here and on the advertising page before any payment is taken; no advertisement is charged or published until an approved payment provider is configured and tested.
