Business Partner Policy
How restaurants, grocers, food brands and local businesses participate on Outta What?.

Who can participate
Outta What? welcomes restaurants, grocery stores, food brands, food trucks, bakeries, farms, caterers and other relevant commercial partners. A business must be a genuine operating entity, apply with accurate details through the business application, and be approved by Halal Lyfestyle LLC before it appears as a partner.
Free business profile
An approved business may hold a profile that shows its presence on the platform, its description, its approved contact information, its available website and social links, and organic community discovery. A profile is not automatically an approved advertisement, and it does not include paid placement.
Premium Business
Premium Business is the $150 per month advertising arrangement. It includes paid advertising participation, premium promotional placement, additional promotional opportunities and priority placement where supported, subject to approval of each creative and to these policies. Promotional founding offers apply only for the period and price stated at checkout, and nothing renews automatically where checkout says so.
Approval before promotion
A business is never promised premium advertising before approval and payment activation. Once Halal Lyfestyle LLC approves a business and its advertising arrangement is active, the business may advertise within the approved advertising rules until the arrangement ends, lapses or is suspended.
Advertising standards
Advertisements must identify the sponsoring business, use accurate claims, disclose paid promotion clearly, avoid deceptive pricing, avoid fraudulent products or services, and follow applicable advertising law. See the Advertising and Sponsorship Policy.
What businesses must not do
Businesses must not manipulate reviews, engagement, contest results, voting, Spotlight selection or donations. They must not create fake accounts or fake transactions, and they must not present a sponsorship, endorsement or partnership that Halal Lyfestyle LLC has not approved.
Suspension and fees
Approval and any advertising arrangement may be paused or withdrawn where these policies are breached or where the law requires it. Fees and refunds are governed by the Payment and Refund Policy. Business records are kept separate from platform administration, and a business administrator can only manage its own business.
