The agreement between you and Halal Lyfestyle LLC for using Outta What?.

Who we are

Outta What? is owned and operated by Halal Lyfestyle LLC. All platform operations, memberships, subscriptions, advertising, business partnerships, sponsorships, platform revenue and administrative authority sit with Halal Lyfestyle LLC. Outta What? is a food-centred social network built around real food, real people, real impact, creativity with the ingredients you already have, food discovery, community participation, charitable giving and support for communities in need.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Outta What?, and old enough in your country to agree to these Terms on your own. Under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate registration details, keep control of your login credentials, and accept responsibility for everything done through your account. One person, one account. Do not impersonate another person or organization.

Your content and the licence you give us

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, recipes and words you create. You grant Halal Lyfestyle LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, resize, translate and distribute that content inside Outta What? and in previews of the app, for as long as your content is on the service. We do not claim ownership of your food photographs or original creations. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's work. The Intellectual Property Policy explains this in full.

Member responsibilities and acceptable use

Respect other members, respect intellectual property, and follow the Community Guidelines and Food Content Rules. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse anyone, do not defraud or mislead others, do not make false fundraising or donation claims, do not manipulate contests, reviews or engagement, and do not break the law, attempt to break our security or scrape the service. Do not use the platform to deceive, exploit, threaten or financially defraud anyone.

Food content

Food feed posts must be captured through the in-app camera. Camera-roll uploads and stock images are not accepted for food posts. Ingredient information must be honest, because somebody may cook from your post tonight, and the posting workflow's minimum ingredient tags are required. Recipes and AI Kitchen suggestions are informational cooking assistance only. See the Food Content Rules.

Memberships and payments

Paid memberships are sold by Halal Lyfestyle LLC through our payment provider at the price shown at checkout. The 60-day membership is one payment for sixty consecutive days with no automatic renewal; the standard monthly plan renews monthly until cancelled. Premium Business is the $150 per month advertising arrangement, with any promotional founding offer applied only for the period stated at checkout. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. The Payment and Refund Policy states the detail.

Business and advertising participation

Businesses may hold an approved profile. A business profile is not an advertisement, and advertising requires an approved business and an active, paid advertising arrangement. Advertising and sponsorship are separate arrangements, and premium membership never makes a business a contest sponsor. See the Business Partner Policy and the Advertising and Sponsorship Policy.

Contests and Spotlight

Each contest publishes its own rules, required ingredients, deadlines, judging or voting method, prize description and sponsor information, and those rules bind every entrant. Entries must be your own work and must meet the published requirements. Paid placement is disclosed, and participation never guarantees a prize or a Spotlight placement. See the Contest Rules.

Charitable organizations and donations

Plate2Plate connects members with independently operated organizations. A donation is made to the organization, not to Halal Lyfestyle LLC, and we are not a party to that gift. Donations are separately accounted for from platform operating revenue, and live donation checkout stays disabled until the receiving organization completes the payment provider's onboarding and its payout destination is verified. Registration status of an organization is not a government endorsement and is not proof that a donation is tax deductible.

Features that are not yet available

Features that have not launched are labelled Coming Soon or under development, including Fund My Lyfestyle (planned for December 2026 and not accepting applications or donations), additional organization integrations, advanced fundraising tools, future event functionality and further membership benefits. Where a demonstration or mock contest exists, it is labelled as such and is not a real competition with a real prize.

Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, restrict a feature, issue a warning, suspend a profile or end an account where these Terms, the Community Guidelines or the Food Content Rules are breached, where an account creates risk for other members, or where the law requires it. Decisions are recorded internally, affected members are told the rule, the action, the reason and how to appeal where that is appropriate, and the Content Moderation and Appeals Policy sets out the process.

Disclaimers and food safety

Outta What? is provided as it is. Recipes, AI-assisted cooking suggestions, nutrition notes, member advice and advertising claims are for general information only and are not professional food-safety advice. You are responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, dietary and religious requirements, cooking temperatures and safe handling. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free and we do not endorse member, business or advertiser content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Halal Lyfestyle LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost content, profits or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under your local consumer law.

Suspension, termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Account Management. We may suspend or end access under the Moderation and enforcement section above. We may update these Terms; the version, publication date and effective date are shown at the top of this page, material changes are notified in the app, and agreed subscription or payment terms are never changed silently. Continuing to use Outta What? after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
