Who may administer an organization
Only an authorized representative of the organization may administer it. The person who applies becomes its owner, and may invite further administrators. Every administrator acts for the organization, not for the platform, and must have actual authority to do so.
Scope of your access
An organization administrator can manage only their own organization's profile, administrators, campaigns, updates, donor records, documents, settings and financial reporting. An organization cannot approve another organization, see another organization's private records, or act on a member's account.
Accurate records
Keep the legal name, registration details, representative details, contact details, mission and programs accurate and current, and correct anything that becomes inaccurate. Campaign purpose, intended use of funds, service area and fundraising period must be genuine and confirmed by an authorized representative.
Money and payouts
A campaign may not accept a real donation until the organization's checks and the payment provider's onboarding are complete and its bank payout destination is verified. Bank details are entered only through the provider's own interface and are never stored in ordinary application records. No administrator may change a payout destination without an authorized, recorded approval.
What administrators must not do
Do not falsify donations, donor numbers, meals delivered, families helped or campaign progress. Do not misrepresent charitable impact, do not present a pledge as a completed donation, do not claim tax-deductible status without verification, and do not attempt to have a fee arrangement changed informally.
Fees and disclosures
The organization's platform fee is the one recorded in its approved arrangement, and it is disclosed to donors before a donation is completed. A zero-percent arrangement granted to one organization does not extend to another.
Records, removal and separation
Administrator actions are recorded in the audit log. Access may be revoked by the organization's owner, and platform approval may be suspended where these terms or the Charitable Organization Policy are breached. Organization administration is always kept separate from platform administration.
